About

The Short Version

I'm a systems engineer at Lockheed Martin, working avionics reliability and maintainability with program experience on F-16 and F-35 R&M. I earned my mechanical engineering degree at The University of Texas at El Paso, and I work in English and Spanish.

I don't wait for permission to build something. In 2018 I founded Ladies in STEM Alliance. I also founded Formula SAE Lombardi Racing, led it as President, and now advise it — a student team that designs, builds and races a Formula One style car internationally, 85 members strong. When I'm not working, I'm usually outside on a trail somewhere.
